What Does a Team Lead Do?

As a Team Lead at StaffedSpaces, you'll be the backbone of our 24/7 operations, supervising a team of 10-12 agents while ensuring seamless service delivery to our DACH market clients.

Core Responsibilities:

- Daily Operations Management - Oversee team performance across day and night shifts

- Real-time Coaching - Provide immediate feedback and guidance to improve agent performance

- Shift Handover Excellence - Execute structured protocols ensuring zero information loss

- Escalation Handling - Manage complex customer interactions with professionalism

- KPI Tracking - Monitor and report on individual and team metrics

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for natural leaders who combine people skills with operational excellence:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • English proficiency at C1/C2 level (Advanced/Fluent)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and workforce management tools
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
  • Key Performance Indicators:

  • Team quota achievement ≥85%
  • Agent retention rate ≥90%
  • Compensation & Benefits

    - Salary Range: $350 - $450/month

    - Shift Pattern: Rotational (Day/Night coverage)

    - Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Office-Based
