The Role of a Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at StaffedSpaces, you'll be the creative force behind our visual presence:

What You'll Create:

- Social Media Graphics - Daily content for multiple platforms

- Infographics - Data visualizations that inform and engage

- Sales Collateral - Presentations, one-pagers, pitch decks

- Video Thumbnails - Eye-catching visuals for video content

- Brand Assets - Logos, icons, and visual elements

- Ad Creatives - Performance marketing visuals

Daily Output:

  • 3-5 social media graphics per day
  • Maintain brand guidelines and asset library
  • Support ad creative production
  • Essential Skills

    Required Competencies:

  • Adobe Creative Suite or Figma proficiency
  • Canva expertise for rapid content creation
  • Social media design best practices knowledge
  • Portfolio with B2B/SaaS work samples
  • Basic motion graphics (preferred)
  • English B2 minimum
  • Performance Targets:

  • 20+ assets per week
  • Under 24-hour turnaround time
  • High brand consistency scores
  • Compensation & Details

    - Salary Range: $175 - $250/month

    - Shift Pattern: Rotating (Day/Night)
